WHERE ARE THE OTHERS?

"When you pass through the waters,
I will be with you;
and when you pass through the rivers,
they will not sweep over you.
When you walk through the fire,
you will not be burned;
the flames will not set you ablaze.
For I am the Lord your God,
the Holy One of Israel, your Savior..."
(Isaiah 43:2-3 NIV)

The Lord spoke these words to the Israelites (the chosen ones of God) when they were faced with severe problems. This same promise applies to us (the chosen ones of God) today. His delivering promise is at work within us and around us. Take note of "when you ... through" is used three times in this passage of Scripture. Have the trust to believe that the Lord will bring you safely through the problems [marital, financial, education, career, travel, health etc] you face today. You are going through today, tomorrow it will be like a dream.

Know that God is always with you. Refuse to be drowned in fear due to your situation. Know that God will deliver you from your afflictions. Believe that He always has something to tell you whenever you are faced with oppression.

He [God] delivers the poor in their affliction, and opens their ears in oppression. (Job 36:15 NKJV)

Prayer
May God deliver you from every problem you find yourself and open your ears to His voice in even your torment. Trust in His delivering hands, in His rightful time, than to hasten to sin as a way of liberating yourself.
