TOPIC: "MY SOUL FIND REST IN GOD ALONE"

PSALM. 62:1 - 12

Truly my soul finds rest in God; my salvation comes from him.  How long will you assault me? Would all of you throw me down— this leaning wall, this tottering fence?  My salvation and my honor depend on God ; he is my mighty rock, my refuge.  Trust in him at all times, you people; pour out your hearts to him, for God is our refuge.  One thing God has spoken, two things I have heard: “Power belongs to you, God,  and with you, Lord, is unfailing love”; and, “You reward everyone according to what they have done.” (Psalm 62:1, 3, 7-8, 11-12 NIV)

There may be hard times in the world - financial challenges, marital issues, sabotage from friends and colleagues, and pressure all around - but in all that you can find rest in the Lord.

Let your soul be at rest in the salvation of the Lord, for ALL POWER belongs to the Lord. He will reward you according to your works.

Song
My faith has found a resting place
Not in device nor creed . . . .

I need no other argument
I need no other plea
It is enough . . . . .

Shalom
